Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate membranous and cytoplasmic staining, often with a granular pattern. Breast, gall bladder, pneumocytes, placenta, prostate, epididymis, Leydig cells and uterine glands exhibited strong positivity. Bile duct cells, cells in seminiferus ducts, hematopoietic cells, lymphoid cells and cells in CNS were mainly negative.

Plasma and extracellular material were distinctly stained. Breast showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Subsets of cells in renal tubules and fallopian tube exhibited strong membranous positivity while urothelial cells displayed moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
