Staining summary
HPA028376 Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic positivity. Strong nuclear staining was observed in seminiferus duct cells, trophoblastic cells and lymphoid reaction center cells. The bile ducts, glomeruli, spleen and cells in CNS except Purkinje cells were negative.
HPA028446 Most normal cells showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Strong staining was observed in adrenal cortical cells while heart myocytes were negative.
CAB009091 Most normal tissues displayed moderate to strong nuclear positivity accompanied by weaker cytoplasmic staining. Pancreas, liver and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
