Fraction of cells in seminiferous ducts, bone marrow and germinal centers, squamous epithelia and glandular epithellia displayed strong nuclear staining. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most tissues. Liver, renal glomeruli, placenta and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.

Distinct nuclear positivity was observed in subsets of cells in testis, bone marrow, glandular cells and squamous epithelia. Several normal tissues displayed additional weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, thyroid, prostate and cells in the CNS were negative.
